The partnership of Clairs Keeley was formed in 1983 between Ian Clairs and Penny Keeley.

Penny and Ian moved into offices at their original location on St George's Terrace, Perth and saw their first client while they were painting the walls of their new premises. That first consultation was conducted while sitting on upturned milk crates.

Clairs Keeley is now a well established practice providing services to individuals and businesses in the areas of law detailed in this web site. (see EXPERTISE.)

Penny and Ian have strived to provide their clients with a quality of advice and service which they still value today. They made a decision early in their partnership to focus on strengthening their business rather than expanding it and they have maintained a personal touch throughout their dealings with their clients.
